Priyanka is an India-qualified lawyer with more than 10 years of experience across private practice, in-house legal roles, secondment, and corporate advisory work in India and the UAE.
Her background includes private-practice experience at Khaitan & Co. and Vertices Partners, sole legal counsel experience on secondment at Teachmint Technologies, and UAE legal and advisory roles at MBG Corporate Services and Ghassan Aboud Group.
She has worked on corporate and commercial matters involving private equity, M&A, corporate governance, technology and SaaS, fintech, shipping and logistics, real estate, compliance, and day-to-day business operations.
Priyanka holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law and has been enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi since 2015.
